About these terms

These terms describe how TimeToSkillIt operates as a service: what we do, what an engagement involves, and what both parties agree to. They are intended to be clear and accessible.

The service

TimeToSkillIt provides advisory and execution support to founders and small teams in respect of operations, reporting, and the systems underlying how work is accomplished. We also build products; SkillIt and Dictate are both in development. These terms govern the advisory work and the use of this website. Product-specific terms will apply when each product is released.

Consulting engagement model

Engagements are value-based and scoped to the specific problem at hand. They may range from a single strategy call to a focused sprint to ongoing advisory. Scope is agreed jointly during the call.

We do not publish prices. The scope and fee for an engagement are agreed during the call or in a subsequent written summary before any work commences. There is no obligation to proceed following the call.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit content through the contact form that is unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or overload the website or its underlying systems.
• Content shared during a consultation remains yours; we treat it as confidential and use it only to perform the work you have requested.

Limitation of liability

Advisory work depends on information, access, and decisions that ultimately remain yours. We commit to thoughtful problem-solving and honest communication, not to specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update the “Last updated” date above. For ongoing engagements, the terms agreed at the commencement of the engagement continue to apply until its conclusion, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
